As I look at the calendar, I see another year gone and more busy times ahead with holidays just around the corner making it go even faster! I thought I'd give you a little peek into where I will have work in the next couple of months just in case you want to catch some pieces in person.
First, I am participating in the Leesburg First Fridays Artwalk on Nov 5th and December 3rd. My location is at 403 W Main Street in front of Workfrnt-the new shared office space business in town. If you come out to see me there, you get a bonus. Workfrnt is filled with my artwork, so you can see many pieces all at once. I will have posters from my Lump Series available to purchase as well as smaller pieces that will be great gifts for those upcoming gifting holidays. Cards with my artwork will also be available. There may even be a piece from my new "Wisdom Trees" series hanging around. Make plans to stop by.
Secondly, my work has been included in an exhibit at The Performing Arts Center in Ormond Beach titled "A Gallery of Gratitude " facilitated by Ormond Memorial Art Museum. It is open now and runs through December 13th. They have several fun performances upcoming ranging from a Beatles tribute to Motown, so, check out their schedule. If you decide to attend, make sure to check out all the beautiful pieces in the lobby.
Next, I will have work hanging at the Eustis Library beginning Nov 1st and hanging until the first week of January 2022. It will be a few of my minimalist landscapes. If you are in the area, stop in.
And, last for now, in December, I will have the window at 9 West Granada Boulevard in Ormond Beach. The Ormond Memorial Art Museum facilitates exhibits in that window front and my work has been chosen for an exhibit there. It will run Dec 7-Jan 10. So, if you are traveling by, make sure to stop and take a peek.
Lots going on as you can see. Many more irons in the fire as well that I can't reveal just yet, so stay tuned. To always keep up to date with my current events, make sure to visit my website regularly. I work hard to keep new work and events up to date there. https://www.kbatsonart.com
I hope to see you out and about during these busy months. Remember, artwork makes a very original gift and I'm here to assist you in choosing something great for your special someone or yourself.
Best until next time,
Kelley
